He was born in 1973 in Zagreb (Croatia). After finishing grammar school and after his beginnings as a dancer at the Contemporary Dance Company Zagreb, he left for Belgium to become a student of the Vlaamse Dansacademie. After two years of studies, he started his career as a musical actor in the role of Mike in A Chorus Line, with which he toured all around Holland. After that, he made use of his talent for acting, dance and singing in the role of Montparnasse in Les Misérables in Duisburg in Germany, followed by Johnny Casino, Danny Zuko and Vince Fontaine in the Düsseldorf performance of Grease. In Cologne he played Carl from Saturday Night Fever and then, again in Düsseldorf, Fred Casely from the musical Chicago. After a few years spent in Belgium, Holland and Germany, he went for a Eurotour in the role of Rum Tum Tugger in the musical Cats. In recent years he has been focusing mainly on choreography.
Apart from many smaller dance projects, he has created the choreography for world-famous musicals like West Side Story (Hrvatsko Narodno Kazalište Zagreb, 2003), Chicago (Zagrebačko Gradsko Kazalište Komedija, 2004), or Hair for Brno City Theatre. Since the first night of the musical Hair, he has been cooperating with Brno City Theatre on a regular basis.
