Gift vouchers – special edition
Gift vouchers have an extended validity period of 12 months. You can purchase the vouchers electronically or in person at the theatre box office. This new version of our gift vouchers can also be used for electronic payment - simply enter the original voucher number. The payment can only be made for a single purchase of tickets.
Notification regarding electronic purchases and electronic payment with a gift voucher:
You can only use a gift voucher when performing the immediate direct electronic purchase of tickets. Vouchers cannot be used to pay for previously reserved seats. If you wish to do that with a gift voucher, you need to cancel the reservation and then buy the seats immediately online.
Gift vouchers can be used both at the Brno City Theatre box office and electronically during online purchases. They can be used for the purchase of tickets in any price range. The voucher reduces the price of the entire purchase by the value stated on the voucher. More than one voucher can be used for a single purchase. However, the value of the voucher must be used in full during the transaction. The cost of the purchase must be equal to or greater than the value of the voucher(s). Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. No compensation is provided for a lost or misused voucher.
Gift vouchers cannot be used after the expiration of their validity period. No refunds are given.
Gift voucher holders do not have priority when booking tickets.

Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for three months. You can use the gift voucher in a single payment for tickets - it cannot be spent in parts. If the cost of the tickets is higher than the value of the voucher, the balance can be paid by card or in cash. You can use more than one voucher during a single purchase.

After the expiration of their validity period, gift vouchers cannot be used. No refunds are given. The holiday months of July and August are not included in the period of validity of gift vouchers!

Voucher redemption: The validity period of the voucher does not have to coincide with the time of the performance for which tickets were purchased. For example – say a voucher expires in June 2020, and at that time tickets go on sale for performances in September and October 2020. You can pay for these tickets with your voucher in June, as your voucher is still valid. However, it is necessary to make the payment with the voucher in June, and no later!
Vouchers cannot be purchased or spent at Student Agency box offices.
