Graduated from the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in the year 1989. After graduation, he was engaged at the Radost Puppet Theatre and guested at the Reduta Theatre, Divadlo na provázku (Theatre on a String) and the Theatre of the Brothers Mrštík (today’s Brno City Theatre), where he accepted the offer of a permanent engagement in the year 1991.
He won the hearts of the audience immediately in his very first role, as Puck in the musical Midsummer Night’s Dreams, for which he was nominated for the first ever Thalia Prize by the Association of Actors. The following roles came next: Bastard (in the scenic oratorium of the same name by Zdenek Merta and Stanislav Moša), Mirko Pajdalović in Kovačević’s play The Marathon Family, the Magician in the adapted fairy tale Cinderella by Gustav Skála and Miki Jelínek, Page John in Klicparáda etc.
In May 1995, he went to Prague to work freelance. There, he acted in almost all successful musical productions, such as Dracula (in the triple role of the Jester, Servant and Professor, and also the roles of the Priest and Dracula), The Pied Piper (the roles of Fate, Fisherman Stephen and the Pied Piper), Joan of Arc (as the Operator and the King), Sweet Charity (the role of Oscar), Cleopatra (the role of Octavianus).
After endless traveling between Prague and Brno, Brno and Prague, he returned to the artistic ensemble of Brno City Theatre on 1st April 2003. Since this time, he has managed to act in countless roles.
He also cooperates with Czech Television, for example in the fairy tales Princezna se zlatým lukem – The Princess with the Golden Bow, To vánoční šturmování, O ševci Matějovi a komtesce Julince – About Matěj the Cobbler and Countess Julinka, and the successful serial Četnické humoresky. He has also issued his own single called Všepachuť.
