Since 1/1/2004 he is engaged in the Brno Municipal Theatre as a conductor.
As a conductor and choirmaster he cooperates with a great number of music bodies (Prague Chamber Philharmonic, Pardubice Chamber Philharmonic, Prague National Theatre, Philharmonics in Plzeň and Olomouc, Czech Symphonic Orchestra, Film Symphonic Orchestra, Prague choirs).
He is a member of the board of Antonín Dvořák Society and a member of jury at the competition Praga Cantat.
