Born on 23rd July 1977 in Nitra, Slovakia.
Graduated from JAMU, in musical acting and also in dramatic theatre directing at the same school.
Since the year 2000 he was engaged at the Municipal Theatre in Brno where, beside his acting work, he has worked as a director since 2007, having directed more than 20 plays (in 7 of them he was also a co-author of the scenario).

In 2010, Stanislav Slovák was the main director of the Feast of Masks festival; since that year he is also the head of the Musical Acting department at the Faculty of Theatre at the Janáček Academy. For the title role in the musical St. Francis of Assisi (Nová scéna Bratislava 2009) he won the Annual prize of the Literary Fund.
